 Make your voice part of the conversation. Practice civic participation and make their voices heard. Express support for legislation, raise concerns, ask questions, recommend changes, or communicate another informed perspective.

EPR Champions Map

As of late 2025, seven U.S. states have enacted comprehensive Extended Producer Responsibility (EPR) laws for packaging, aimed at reducing waste and shifting management costs to producers: California, Colorado, Maine, Maryland, Minnesota, Oregon, and Washington.
